well, i've been in grinnell for about three weeks now and i must say that, while i've enjoyed my time here very much, i'm looking forward to going back to ohio and getting on with my life there. i know i often speak of it in somewhat disparaging terms, but it's grown on me somewhat. plus it's nice to be in your own space... absence makes the heart grow fonder or something.

i'll spend my remaining week here working at the depot, painting the marsh house's new garage door while listening to harry potter 6 on tape, catsitting for rocky, susit, susie 2, claudius/mochie and sata/whitey/ebony and watching digital cable. also i will not lift a finger to complete the paper that's due for the summer course i took in berlin. no sir.

in other news, my sister just got a new ibook and some 200 seven jeans. god she knows how to work my mom.
